腹腔镜在再次胆道手术联合肝切除术中的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Laparoscopy in Reoperation Combined with Hepatic Resection

目的探讨腹腔镜在再次胆道手术联合肝切除术中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年8月-2019年2月所在医院收治的46例胆总管结石患者,所选患者均实施再次胆道手术联合肝切除术,观察组(n=23)患者采用腹腔镜进行辅助治疗,对照组(n=23)患者给予常规开腹手术,对比2组治疗情况。结果观察组与对照组术后并发症(4.35%VS30.43%)对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与开腹手术相比,采用腹腔镜辅助再次胆道手术联合肝切除术操作,可提高手术效果,降低疼痛,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy in reoperation combined with hepatectomy. Methods 46 patients with Choledocholithiasis admitted to hospital from August 2015 to February 2019 were selected to perform reoperation combined with hepatectomy,and the patients in the Observation Group ( n = 23) were treated with laparoscopic adjuvant therapy,and the patients in the control group ( n = 23) were given routine laparotomy,compared with 2 groups of treatment. Conclusions Compared with open abdominal surgery,laparoscopic assisted reoperation combined with hepatectomy can improve the effect of operation, reduce pain and reduce complications.
