语文核心素养概念的背景、意义与理论资源——论《普通高中语文课程标准(2017年版)》的创新 被引量:20

摘要 《普通高中语文课程标准(2017年版)》提出语文核心素养的概念,统领整个课标的编写,是课标的亮点。此概念形成有一历史过程,是十多年来课程改革的结晶。“立德树人”的方略和“学生发展核心素养体系”的“顶层设计”,直接引导和催生了这一概念。语文核心素养的提出为语文学科找到清晰的定位,减少了长期以来关于语文是什么、语文要教什么学什么等问题的纷争。这一全新的概念吸收了以建构主义为主的先进教育理论的养分,使新课标呈现许多理论生长点。文章对新课标如何面对和改造高考“指挥棒”下的现实,也存在某些担心。 Chinese Language Curriculum Standards for General High School (2017 Edition) have put forward the concept of “Chinese language key competency”. It leads the compilation of the entire curriculum standards and is the light spot of them. The formation of this concept has a historical process and is the result of a curriculum reform which lasts more than a decade. The strategy of 4< strengthening moral education and cultivating people” and the top design of “ the system of key competencies for students? development” directly guided and generated this concept. The proposal of “Chinese language key competency” has found clear positioning for the discipline of Chinese language, and has reduced the long-standing disputes such as “what is Chinese language?” and “how to teach Chinese language?” This new concept absorbs the essence of advanced education theory based on constructivism, and brings many theoretical points about the new curriculum standard for further study.
