都市现代农业绿色发展是适应生态文明建设要求的发展,它能确保生态环境优化、农副产品质量及生物资源安全的全面提高,促进经济、社会和生态效益最大化,并永久造福人类。在发展机制上,需要统筹驱动经济、自然和社会系统功能,提升城乡发展空间规模效益最大化,实现资源节约、环境友好、生态保育和质量高效。在发展模式上,以尊重自然为前提,以建设与城乡经济、社会和环境发展水平及发展要求相适应,以改善人民生活需求向往为目标,利用各种现代技术手段,提高资源利用效率和生态环境保护,实现高质量发展。针对我国都市现代农业绿色发展的现实问题,发展举措上我们要树立"绿水青山就是金山银山"的发展理念,科学合理规划布局都市农业绿色发展空间,以科技创新为现代农业绿色发展提供强力支撑,强化对都市现代农业绿色发展的政策支持和投入。

The green development of modern urban agriculture is based on the requirements of ecological civilization construction, that is for optimizing the ecological environment, ensuring the safety of the quality of agricultural and sideline products and biological resources, improving economic, social and ecological benefits overall, and benefiting mankind permanently. In terms of development mechanism, we need to drive the functions of economic, natural and social systems in an integrated manner, maximize the benefits of urban and rural development space scale, and achieve resource conservation,environmental friendship, ecological conservation and quality efficiency. In terms of development model, the development model should be on the premise of respecting nature, and take building a development that is commensurate with the level and requirements of economic, social and environmental and improving the people’s living needs as aims. Using of various modern technological means, the efficiency of resource use and the ecological environment protection will be enhanced, we will achieve high-quality development. In view of the current problems in the green development of modern agriculture in our cities, we need to establish the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" in our development initiatives, scientifically and rationally plan the layout of the green development space for urban agriculture, and provide strong support for the green development of modern agriculture with scientific and technological innovation.
