摘要
目的探讨Flexi-bar振动杆训练治疗大学生肩颈痛的疗效。方法将90例大学生肩颈痛患者随机分为3组,分别是Flexi-bar振动杆训练组、颈椎操训练组和空白对照组。进行为期1个月的运动干预,采用VAS疼痛计分和颈部活动度分析两种方法进行评估。结果 Flexi-bar振动杆训练组、颈椎操训练组大学生的肩颈痛疼症状均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但Flexi-bar振动杆训练组的疗效优于颈椎操训练组(P<0.01)。仅Flexi-bar振动杆训练组颈椎主动活动度的六个方向均有显著改善,训练前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Flexi-bar振动杆训练对大学生肩颈痛的干预效果比较明显,是一种疗效好、持久、安全的运动疗法。
Objective To explore the effect of Flexi-bar exercises on shoulder and neck pain of college students.Methods A total of 90 college students with shoulder and neck pain were randomly divided into three groups:a Flexi-bar training group,a cervical exercise group,and a control group.The exercise intervention lasted for one month,and was evaluated by VAS pain score and cervical active rang of motion analysis.Results The symptoms of shoulder and neck pain of the college students in the Flexi-bar training group and the cervical exercise group were significantly improved(P<0.05),but the effect of the Flexi-bar training group was significantly better than that of the cervical exercise group(P<0.01).Only in the Flexi-bar training group,there was a significant improvement after the training in the cervical active rang of motion in six directions(P<0.05).Conclusion The Flexi-bar exercises havean obvious effect on shoulder and neck pain of the college students.It is an effective,long-term and safe exercise therapy for shoulder and neck pain.
