早期康复护理对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者的影响研究

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing measures on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia

目的探讨早期康复护理措施在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者中的运行效果。方法选取本院自2016年1月-2018年6月收治的60例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者为研究对象,以简单随机法分为常规组和预见组各30例;常规组患者予以常规护理,预见组患者采用早期康复护理的方式;比较2组患者护理后的总有效率以及Barthel指数评分。结果预见组患者的美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数、ugl-Meyer指数均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理措施对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者有一定的运用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing measures on the nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia were selected by the simple random method as the research objects in the hospital from January 2016 to June 2018,and they were divided into a normal group and a foresight group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the normal group received the routine nursing,and the patients in the foresight group were given the early rehabilitation nursing.The total effective rates and the Barthel index score were investigated and compared between the two groups after the nursing.Results The NIHSS score,Barthel index,and ugl-Meyer index in the foresight group were all superior to those in the normal group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing measures for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients have a certain application value,and are worthy of clinical application.
