急性重症有机磷农药中毒早期救治失误原因分析

我国急性有机磷农药中毒的发生率和病死率均较高,早期正确干预是患者得到有效救治的关键。本文通过对急性重症有机磷农药中毒病例的分析和思考,重点指出了基层医疗工作中有机磷农药中毒早期治疗的两点不足与失误,以期共同进步。

The incidence and fatality of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning are high in China.The early and correct intervention is the key of effective treatment for patients.Based on the analysis and thinking of the cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,this paper points out the two shortcomings and mistakes in the early treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the primary medical work,in order tomake common progress.
