补肺活血胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗及噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床研究

Clinical Study on Bufei Huoxue Capsules Combined with Budesonide and Formoterol as well as Tiotropium Bromide for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Stage

目的:观察补肺活血胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗及噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床疗效。方法:将慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者100例,按随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗联合噻托溴铵治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肺活血胶囊治疗,连续治疗3个月后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗前,2组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s呼气容积(FEV1)、1 s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、FVC/FEV1指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、FVC/FEV1指标较治疗前明显升高,且观察组FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、FVC/FEV1指标升高幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组各症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组各项症状评分与治疗前比较明显降低(P <0.05),观察组治疗后各项症状评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.00%,对照组总有效率为76.00%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者给予补肺活血胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗及噻托溴铵治疗,可有效改善患者肺功能,缓解患者临床症状,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bufei Huoxue capsules combined with budesonide and formoterol as well as tiotropium bromide for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the double blind method,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide and formoterol combined with tiotropium bromide, and the observation group was additionally treated with Bufei Huoxue capsules based on the treatment of the control group. After three-month treatment, the clinical effect was observed.Results:Before treatment,compared the indexes of fored vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),FEV1% and FVC/FEV1 in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05). After treatment, the above indexes in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Before treatment,compared the scores of symptoms in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05). After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.00% in the observation group, significantly higher than that of 76.00% in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Bufei Huoxue capsules combined with budesonide and formoterol as well as tiotropium bromide for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage can effectively improve their lung function and alleviate their clinical symptoms with definite curative effect.
