钟乳石黄芪汤治疗消化道溃疡临床研究

Clinical Study on Zhongrushi Huangqi Tang for Gastrointestinal Ulcer

目的:观察钟乳石黄芪汤治疗消化道溃疡患者的疗效以及其对消化功能的影响。方法:将消化道溃疡患者66例,按入院顺序进行编号,并按照事先产生的随机序列进行随机分组,单数为对照组(33例)给予甲氰咪胍治疗,双数为试验组(33例)给予钟乳石黄芪汤治疗。比较分析2组治疗效果、中医症状改善情况。结果:试验组总有效率为90.9%,对照组为72.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组间胃脘胀满、食后腹胀、早饱、嗳气、精神疲乏、四肢无力、胃纳减少、口淡不渴、失眠多梦、大便稀薄积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:钟乳石黄芪汤对消化道溃疡有积极的治疗效果,可明显改善患者消化功能。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zhongrushi Huangqi tang for patients with gastrointestinal ulcer and its effect on digestive function. Methods:Numbered 66 cases of patients with gastrointestinal ulcer according to the order of hospitalization and randomly divided them according to the random sequence generated in advance. 33 cases of a singular number were divided into the control group and treated with cimetidine;another 33 cases of a double number were divided into the experiment group and treated with Zhongrushi Huangqi tang. Compared and analyzed the therapeutic effects, the improvement of Chinese medicine symptoms in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 90.9% in the experiment group and 72.7% in the control group, compared the two groups, difference being significant(P < 0.05). There were significant differences being found in the comparison of the scores of epigastric distention and fullness,postprandial abdominal distension, early satiety, belching, mental fatigue, weakness of the limbs, stomach’s function of receiving food,tastelessness and hydroadipsia,insomnia and dreaminess,and loose stool between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of Zhongrushi Huangqi tang has a positive therapeutic effect for gastrointestinal ulcer and can significantly improve the digestive function in patients.
