行气通便汤对脑出血气滞腑实型便秘患者排便及肝肾功能的影响

Effect of Xingqi Tongbian Tang on Defecation and the Liver and the Kidney Function in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Constipation of Qi Stagnation and Bowel Excess Type

目的:研究行气通便汤对脑出血气滞腑实型便秘患者排便及肝肾功能的影响。方法:将脑出血气滞腑实型便秘患者94例作为研究对象,进行抽签随机分为观察组和对照组各47例。观察组给予行气通便汤治疗,对照组给予开塞露灌肠治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、排便情况、肝肾功能指标以及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为93.6%,对照组为78.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后每次排便时间、排便间隔时间低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的肠鸣音频率高于对照组(P <0.05)。2组间治疗前以及治疗后肝肾功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为6.4%,对照组为21.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:行气通便汤治疗脑出血气滞腑实型便秘患者,可以显著缓解便秘症状,不良反应较少,安全有效,有利于脑出血患者的恢复。

Objective:To study the effect of Xingqi Tongbian tang on defecation and the liver and the kidney function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with constipation of qi stagnation and bowel excess type. Methods:Patients(94 cases) with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with constipation of qi stagnation and bowel excess type were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,47 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Xingqi Tongbian tang, and the control group was treated with glycerine enema. The clinical effect,the defecation,the indexes of the liver and the kidney function as well as the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 93.6% in the observation group and 78.7% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). The duration of each defecation and the interval of defecation after treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the frequency of bowel sounds after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the liver and the kidney function before and after treatment in the two groups(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference being found in the observation group before and after treatment(P > 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.4% in the observation group and 21.3% in the control group, the difference being significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Xingqi Tongbian tang in treating patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with constipation of qi stagnation and bowel excess type can effectively relieve constipation with less adverse reactions, which is safe and effective and is conducive to the recovery of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
