新型核电站蒸汽发生器传热管管板密封焊焊缝涡流自动检测装置设计与实现

摘要 本文针对核电站二代改CPR1000机组\三代EPR机组\华龙一号机组蒸汽发生器传热管与管板结合密封焊在役涡流检测,设计了专用旋转探头和自动检测装置,可用于在役或者制造期间蒸汽发生器传热管管板密封焊表面和近表面缺陷检测。该检测装置具有通用性,适用于不同型号核电站蒸汽发生器管板密封焊检测,检测速度快,可靠性高,适用性强。 Aiming at eddy current inspection of tube-tube sheet sealed welding of nuclear power plant steam generator in CPR1000 unit/EPR unit/Hualong No.1 unit of, a special rotating probe and different types of detection devices are designed, which can be used to detect the surface and near surface defects of tube-tube sheet sealed welding of nuclear power plant steam generator in service or in manufacturing. The detection device is universal and suitable for different type of nuclear power plants. It has fast detection speed, high reliability and strong applicability.
