非洲是中国“一带一路”倡议的关键合作伙伴。推进中非贸易高质量发展,对于中国和非洲国家的经济社会发展均有重要意义。2018年,中非贸易体现出贸易总额持续上升、自非进口显著提升的特点。这与全球大宗商品价格上行,中非各领域合作成效显著以及非洲大陆一体化程度加深等因素密切相关,但中非贸易仍存在贸易结构单一、发展动力不足的问题。未来应进一步削减贸易壁垒、完善贸易合作机制,并通过创新合作模式,增强中非贸易的内在动力。

Africa is a key partner of China's Belt and Road initiative. Promoting the high-quality develop ment of China-Africa trade is of great significance to the economic and social development of China and African countries. In 2018, China-Africa trade showed that the total trade volume continued to rise and China's imports from Africa increased significantly. This is closely related to the rise of global commodity prices, the remarkable ef fectiveness of cooperation between China and Africa in various fields, and the deepening of the integration of the African continent. At the same time, however, China-Africa trade still has a problem of a single trade structure and insufficient motive force for development. In the future, trade barriers between China and Africa should be fur ther reduced, trade cooperation mechanisms should also be improved and through the innovative cooperation model, enhance the internal driving force of China-Africa trade.
