宁夏灵武地区布鲁菌病流行病学调查情况

Epidemiological investigation of Brucellosis in Lingwu area, Ningxia

目的对宁夏灵武地区2017年度布鲁菌病流行特征进行现况分析。方法采用虎红平板凝集实验(RBPT)及试管凝集实验(SAT)进行布鲁菌病血清学检测。结果 610例就诊人员共检出布鲁菌抗体阳性142例,阳性率为23.2%,男性布鲁菌病阳性率明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四季均有发病,冬季发病率最高(31.1%),夏季发病率最低(17.2%),不同季节发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各年龄段及民族(汉族、回族)均有发病。结论要加强对宁夏灵武地区传染病的健康教育,提高防控意识,从而控制布鲁菌病传播疫情。

Objective To analyze the current characteristics of Brucellosis epidemic in Lingwu area of Ningxia,2017.Methods Serological test of Brucellosis was performed using tiger red plate agglutination test(RBPT) and tube agglutination test(SAT).Results A total of 142 cases of Brucella antibody were detected in 610 patients.The positive rate was 23.2%.The positive rate of Brucellosis in male was significantly higher than that in females,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).There were incidences in all seasons,with the highest incidence rate in winter(31.1%) and the lowest incidence rate in summer(17.2%).And the differences in incidence rate among the four seasons were statistically significant(P<0.05).All ages and ethnic groups(Han and Hui) have morbidity.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education on infectious diseases in Lingwu area of Ningxia,improve the awareness of prevention and control,and thus control the spread of brucellosis.
