7例孕妇HIV筛查阳性跟踪检测结果分析

Tracking and analysis of HIV screening positive results in 7 pregnant women

目的通过对HIV初筛试验呈阳性的7例孕妇的随访检测,探讨对于孕妇这一特殊群体,HIV确证检测应该如何尽快判定。方法对7例孕妇进行HIV确证试验,在首次确证抗体不确定情况下跟踪随访检测,同时均进行病毒载量检测。结果 7例初筛阳性的孕妇,首次确证试验均为HIV-1抗体不确定,病毒载量结果低于检测下限。第2次确证试验,有3例孕妇抗体出现阳转,病毒载量均>5 000 copy/ml,判定为HIV-1抗体阳性,其他4例确证实验仍为HIV-1抗体不确定,病毒载量结果低于检测下限。其他4例孕妇第3次确证实验WB条带无进展或者消失减少,病毒载量结果低于检测下限,判定为HIV-1抗体阴性。结论对于较易产生HIV非特异性抗体的孕妇来说,尽早准确地进行判定非常必要。

Objective Through following up 7 pregnant women with positive HIV screening results,to explore how to judge the HIV confirmatory test for pregnant women.Methods HIV confirmatory test was performed for 7 pregnant women,follow-up tests were performed with the first confirmed antibody uncertain,and viral load was detected at the same time.Results After the first confirmation test,7 pregnant women with positive screening results were with uncertain HIV-1 antibodies,and the viral load was lower than the lower limit of detection.In the second confirmation test,antibodies from 3 pregnant women transferred positive,and the viral load was more than 5 000 copy/ml,which was judged to be HIV-1 antibody positive.The other 4 confirmed trials were still uncertain about HIV-1 antibodies,and the viral load results were below the lower limit of detection.In the other 4 pregnant women,WB band showed no progress or disappearance in the third confirmation test,and the viral load result was lower than the lower limit of detection,and it was judged as negative HIV-1 antibody.Conclusion It is necessary to make an early and accurate decision for pregnant women who are more likely to produce HIV nonspecific antibodies.
