摘要
以2-氨基-5-萘酚-7-磺酸和苯胺为原料制备2-苯基氨基-5-萘酚-7-磺酸的反应过程中,进行了薄层层析法和高效液相法控制反应过程的研究。结果表明,经优化TLC分析条件和HPLC分析条件可及时快速调整实验参数,对生产具有指导意义。
It was studied that TLC and HPLC were used to control the reaction process in the preparation of 2-phenylamino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid from 2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid and aniline. The results showed that the optimum TLC analysis conditions and chromatographic method could adjust the technological parameters quickly and timely and direct the production effectively.
