邻羟基苯甲腈制备新工艺

A New Process for the Preparation of o-Hydroxybenzonitrile

摘要 以邻氯苯甲腈为起始原料,经过甲氧基化、羟基化,酸化反应等过程制备邻羟基苯甲腈,该方法原料易得、反应条件温和、反应时间短,反应总收率可达78.6%,产品纯度大于98%,适合工业化生产,且明确了反应历程。产物经过核磁表征,结构正确。 o-Hydroxybenzonitrile was prepared from o-chlorobenzonitrile through methoxylation,hydroxylation,acidification and other processes.The method is characterized by easy availability of raw materials,mild reaction conditions,short reaction time,total yield up to 78.6%,product purity greater than 98%,which is very suitable for industrial production,and the reaction process was deter mined.The structure of the synthesized products was confirmed by ~1H-NMR.
