中国古典礼制的文化内涵及其现代性阐释

Cultural Connotation and Modernity Explanation of Chinese Classical Ritual System

鼎盛于西周、汉唐,以儒家为表率的中国古典礼教秩序,以《仪礼》乡邦典礼规制为"乡饮酒礼"的独特礼俗形式,以及以选贤贡士、储才登用为人才制度的合理安排,皆有效唤起了参与者的道德期待,营造古典中国的道德氛围,促使乡邦少年、士子、百姓等以道德操守的提升、道德人格的养成为报效国家之资,具有深厚博大的文化内涵与现代意义。儒家礼制围绕"六德、六行、六艺"等道德培育的教化内容与方法,建构起青年士子、乡邦百姓以道德、学问为立身之本的古典道德教化体系,具有唤醒道德意识、凝聚国族精神、安定协调各种社会关系的巨大人文作用,是中国复兴优秀传统文化的可资借鉴的途径之一。本文拟从《仪礼》、《周礼》以及《礼记》所载几个古典制度性层面,考察儒家建构中国道德价值与规范体系的人文努力,对当代中国继承、弘扬中华优秀传统文化,以传统美德重建社会伦理道德秩序具有重要的启迪与借鉴意义。

The Chinese classical ritual order exemplified by Confucianism,which flourished in the Western Zhou,Han and Tang dynasties,effectively aroused the moral expectations of participants,and promoted the upbringing of rural teenagers,scholars and common people to serve the country. It has profound cultural connotation and modern significance. This paper intends to examine the humanistic efforts of Confucianism in constructing the system of moral values and norms in China from several classical institutional levels in Etiquette,Zhou Li and Li Ji,which will have important enlightenment and reference significance for contemporary China to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and rebuild the social ethical and moral order with traditional virtues.
