Manufacture technology of leather carving

针对皮雕工艺在中国的发展缺乏系统性研究的现状,对皮雕文化做出简单介绍,并对我国皮雕制作工艺进行研究,初步阐述皮雕的基本制作过程和关键技术,为皮雕在我国的发展和传承提供理论基础.皮雕工艺流程包括裁剪、雕刻、上色、塑形、起鼓、缝制、封边.皮雕工艺的关键技术包括雕刻过程中的刻刀线、敲打印花、敲打阴影以及染色工艺.

Leather carving process was lack of systemic study in China. The leather carving culture and manufacture process and the key skill of handmade were introduced. It is helpful for the inheritance and development of leather carving. The main manufacture process includes leather cutting, leather carving, dyeing, shaping, making concave and convex, sewing and binding. Key technologies includes cai'ved line, printing pattern, carve shadow and dyeing process.
