白芍与藜芦不同比例配伍后芍药苷和芍药苷内酯的含量变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:考察白芍与藜芦配伍后芍药苷和芍药苷内酯的含量变化。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸水溶液(11∶89);流速:1.00 ml·min-1;芍药苷和芍药苷内酯检测波长:230 nm。该条件下,测定芍药苷和芍药苷内酯的含量,比较白芍单煎液与白芍-藜芦不同配伍比例合煎液中两者含量变化。结果:芍药苷和芍药苷内酯的浓度在7.03~450.00μg·ml-1和1.13~290.00μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率分别为98.95%(RSD=1.98%)和99.02%(RSD=1.87%)(n=6)。白芍与藜芦不同比例配伍后芍药苷和芍药苷内酯的含量均降低,且均比白芍单煎液低。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于白芍与藜芦药对中芍药苷、芍药苷内酯含量的同时测定,配伍藜芦时对白芍活性成分有影响。 Objective: To establish a method to study the content changes of paeoniflorin and albiflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba combined with Radix Veratri in different proportions. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the contents of paeoniflorin and albiflorin in single extraction solution of Paeoniae Radix Alba and combined extraction solution with Radix Veratri in different proportions. And an HPLC C18 column was used,acetonitrile-0.02% phosphonic acid solution( 11 ∶89) was selected as the mobile phase at the flow rate of1.0 ml·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The linear range of paeoniflorin and albiflorin was 7.03-450.00 μg·ml-1 and 1.13-290.00 μg·ml-1 with the average recovery of 98.95%( RSD = 1.98%) and 99.02%( RSD = 1.87%),respectively( n =6),and the contents of paeoniflorin and albiflorinin in the combined extraction solution were lower than those in the single extraction solution of Paeoniae Radix Alb. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and has been successfully used for the quantification of paeoniflorin and albiflorin,which can be affected by the different combined proportions in Paeoniae Radix Alba and Radix Veratri.
