摘要 目的:优选复方肉苁蓉合剂的最佳醇沉工艺。方法:以君药肉苁蓉中的代表性成分毛蕊花糖苷、臣药党参中代表性成分党参炔苷和佐药丹参中代表性成分丹酚酸B的保留量为考察指标;选取醇沉时搅拌速度、乙醇含量及水提浓缩液相对密度为考察因素;采用层次分析(AHP)法结合正交试验优化醇沉工艺。结果:最佳醇沉工艺为搅拌速度240 r·min-1,乙醇含量为70%,药液浓缩至相对密度1.16~1.20 g·ml-1(20℃)。结论:优选的醇沉工艺简便、稳定可行,可用于复方肉苁蓉合剂的批量生产提供参考。 Objective: To optimize alcohol-precipitation technology of Fufang Roucongrong mixture. Methods: The retention amounts of the representative component verbascoside in Desertliving Cistanche and the representative component lobetyolin in Codonopsis and the representative component salvianolic acid B in Salvia Miltiorrhiza were as the indices of investigation,AHP combined with orthogonal test was used to optimize ethanol-precipitation process with the concentration of ethanol,stirring rate and water concentrate relative density as the factors. Results: The optimum ethanol-precipitation process was as follows: the solution was concentrated to a relative density of 1.16-1.20 g·ml-1( 20℃),added ethanol until the content of 70%,and the stirring rate was at 240 r·min-1. Conclusion: The optimized technology is simple,convenient,stable and feasible in the practical production of Fufang Roucongrong mixture.
