青、滇、蜀、粤四省零售药店执业药师配备使用情况调研

Study on the Employment of Licensed Pharmacists in Retail Pharmacies in Qinghai,Yunnan,Sichuan and Guangdong Provinces

目的:深入了解基层零售药店及执业药师分布现状,为加强零售药店执业药师配备使用提出建议。方法:对青、滇、蜀、粤四省零售药店分布、执业药师配备、在岗执业等进行数据分析和实地调查研究。结果:城市、县城和乡镇零售药店密集分布,乡村地区零售药店执业药师人数不足,青、滇、蜀、粤四省已配备执业药师零售药店占比分别为37.9%、36.3%、40.8%、68.9%,与每家药店均应配备执业药师要求有差距。结论:零售药店应严格执行执业药师配备要求,进一步提高药店专业化水平;制订相应政策,发展壮大乡村零售药店执业药师人才队伍;建立健全零售药店执业药师信用管理制度,规范执业行为,保证公众用药安全。

Objective: To investigate the distribution status of retail pharmacies and licensed pharmacists at the basic level,and provide suggestions for strengthening the employment of licensed pharmacists at retail pharmacies. Methods: The distribution of retail pharmacies,the allocation of licensed pharmacists and the practice in the field were analyzed and investigated in Qinghai,Yunnan,Sichuan and Guangdong provinces. Results: The retail pharmacies in cities,counties and townships are densely distributed. The number of licensed pharmacies in retail pharmacies in rural areas is insufficient. The proportion of licensed pharmacies in Qinghai,Yunnan,Sichuan and Guangdong provinces is 37.9%,36.3%,40.8% and 68.9%,respectively. There is a gap between the requirement and the reality for the appointment of licensed pharmacists. Conclusion: Retail pharmacies should strictly carry out the requirement for the allocation of licensed pharmacists to further improve the professional level of pharmacies. Corresponding policies should be formulated to develop and strengthen the team of licensed pharmacists in rural retail pharmacies. Credit management system for licensed pharmacists should be established and improved in retail pharmacies to standardize practice behaviors and ensure the safety of public medication.
