摘要
基于条纹管激光雷达原理与组成,对条纹管探测器输入、输出光学系统进行了小型化和高传输效率设计;针对激光雷达特点,对条纹管峰值响应波长进行了优化,对电子光学系统、偏转系统进行了高分辨率设计,给出了整管的性能参数测试典型值;开发了包括门控电源、扫描电源、高精度同步控制电路在内的电子控制系统,给出了测试典型值。对研制的整个条纹管探测器尺寸、性能参数、接口等作了介绍,并对探测器进行了外场激光雷达试验,获得了清晰的灰度像和三维距离像,证明了条纹管激光雷达体制的可行性和广泛应用前景。
Based on the principle and structure of Streak Tube Image Lidar(STIL), miniaturization and efficient transmission of input and output optical system for the streak tube detector were designed. Considering the Characteristics of the lidar, the peak response wavelength of streak tube was optimized. The electro-optical and deflection systems were designed for high-resolution, and the typical test values of performance parameters of streak tube were provided. Electronic control system comprised of gating supply, sweeping supply, and high precision synchronous control circuit was developed, and the typical test values were provided. It was shown for the whole size of streak tube detector, performance parameters and electrical interface. The outdoor lidar experiment was carried out on the detector, through which clear grayscale images and 3 D images were obtained to prove the feasibility and wide application prospect of STIL.
