摘要
根据不同屏后间距,不同气压下液晶屏与加热器各自的温度变化情况,结合热传导、热对流和热辐射三种传热方式理论推导出加热的不同时期,传热方式占比的变化以及适用于液晶显示模块内部系统的传热机制;分析了液晶显示模块热利用率的影响因素,并在此基础上探讨了模块低温加热水汽故障的解决方案。
According to the temperature-time curves of Liquid Crystal Display(LCD) module and the heater with different distance between LCD and heater(d), and with various pressures(p) respectively, the heat transfer mechanism based on LCD module was founded, showing contribution rate changes of heat conduction, heat covection and heat radiation during different periods of being heated. Factors affecting the efficiency of heat utilization for LCD modules were analyzed. Furthermore, solutions of water vapor fault for LCD modules during the heating process at low temperature were discussed.
