摘要
采用铟镓锌氧化物(IGZO)技术开发了249cm超高清8K×4K(7860×4320)面板,面板像素结构使用1G1D结构并搭配单边源极驱动的方式,此结构像素的充电时间仅有3.7μs,为改善充电不足的问题,在IGZO的基础上开发了一种新的驱动方案。同时还采用了铜配线制程,降低RC延迟。采用这种技术产出的超高清面板显示性能得到很大提高。
249 cm super hi-vision 8 K panel has been developed with IGZO process. The panel structure was 1 G1 D with single side Source Driver which was applied on split data line. An effective driving method was adopted to overcome the problem of shortening charging time(3.7 μs) based on 249 cm 8 K resolution panel. Cu metal was used to get the lowest impedance. The panel has super display performance.
