This paper introduces the composition and test flow of the auto fuse box detection system. It includes the visual recognition system, the industrial control machine, the control cabinet and the PLC action control unit. The core detection system uses the image contrast technology to determine whether the fuse installed in each location of the car fuse box is correct, and the output image is stored so that the product can be traced easily and its quality can be ensured.
