摘要 2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)是一种具有广泛应用前景的有机单体,以其为原料与其他单体共聚合成的水溶性聚合物,用于油田化学品,具有优异的抗温性、抗盐性和水解稳定性,可广泛用作钻井液处理剂、油井水泥外加剂、酸化压裂添加剂、调剖堵水剂、驱油剂以及油田水处理剂等。近年来在AMPS聚合物研究方面又有了一些新进展,并逐步在油田作业中得到了应用,见到了明显效果。为便于了解AMPS聚合物的研究与应用情况,促进油田用AMPS聚合物的开发与推广应用,对近10年国内AMPS聚合物的研究及应用情况进行介绍,指出了今后油田用AMPS聚合物研究重点:扩大钻井液处理剂应用面;使油井水泥外加剂尽快在现场得到推广应用;在酸化压裂、调剖堵水和驱油剂等方面形成性能稳定的工业产品,针对不同需要的系列产品加快产品研发与转化速度;在油田水处理剂方面重点针对油田采出水和钻完井废水等处理的需要,发展高相对分子质量的阴离子和两性离子型聚合物絮凝剂;利用来源丰富、价格低廉的天然材料满足环保和降本的需要。 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) is a kind of organic monomer with wide application prospect.It is a water-soluble polymer synthesized by copolymerization of 2-acrylamide with other monomers.It is used as oilfield chemicals and can be widely used as drilling fluid additives,oil well cement admixtures,fracturing acidizing additives,profile control and water plugging agents,oil displacement agents,and oilfield water treatment agents and so on for its excellent temperature resistance,salt tolerance and hydrolysis stability.In recent years,some new advances have been made in the study of AMPS polymers,and they have been gradually applied in oilfield operations achieving obvious results.The research and application of AMPS polymer in China in recent 10 years were introduced to facilitate the understanding of the study and application of AMPS polymers and their development and popularization in the oilfield.The key of the research of AMPS polymer for the oilfield in the future was pointed out as follows.The drilling fluid additives should be applied widely and the oil well cement admixtures should be applied and popularized in the field.Acidizing fracturing fluid,profile control and water plugging agent,and oil displacement agent with stable performance should be developed,and the development and transformation should be fast for various needs.Anion and am-photeric polymer flocculant with high relative molecular weight should be developed to meet the demands of the treatment of produced water in the oilfield and waste water during drilling and well completion.The nat-ural material with rich sources and low price may be applied for the needs of environment protection and cost reduction.
