摘要
推进文化和旅游高质量融合发展,人才培养是其中的关键动力和根本保障。本文围绕新时代文化和旅游行业人才培养的实践挑战、理念转向和重点方向三个重要问題进行系统分析,明晰新时代文化和旅游行业人才培养的创新方向,提出亟待深入研究和突破的若干理论议題,以回应与引领文化和旅游融合的发展实践。
To promote the integration of culture and tourism, talent cultivation is the key driving force and fundamental guarantee. This paper systematically analyses the practical challenges, conceptual changes and key directions of talent cultivation in the culture and tourism industries in the new era, clarifies the innovative direction of talent cultivation, and points out some theoretical issues that need to be studied urgently in order to respond to and lead the development practice of culture-tourism integration.
