摘要 创意旅游是文化和旅游融合发展的创新产物,是一种可持续的新型旅游形态。创意旅游的体验发生于特定的地方,开发的是地方的创意资本。地方创生是新近地方发展、乡村振兴的重要策略。创意旅游是地方创生的一种战略选择。创意旅游的休闲本质和审美原则要求开发地方文化资源、挖掘地方文化内涵。地方意识有利于形塑创意旅游的文化记忆和价值共享。创意旅游在地方创生实践中,可以发挥地方賦权实现地方居民、社会企业等地方力量的主导作用。地方治理包括内部协同和外部共生,实现地方创生的利益相关者的协同效率和多赢共生。 Creative tourism is an innovative product of the integration of culture and tourism, and it is a new sustainable form of tourism. The experience of creative tourism cx:curs in a specific place, and it is the creative capital of that place that is to be developed. Place-making is a strategy for local development and rural revitalization, and creative tourism is a strategic choice of it. The leisure nature and aesthetic principle of creative tourism require the development of local cultural resources and the excavation of local cultural connotations. Local consciousness is conducive to shaping the cultural memory and value sharing of creative tourism. In the practice of place-making, creative tourism empowers the lcx:al residents and enterprises to play a leading role. Local governance includes internal synergy and external symbiosis, and it helps to achieve synergy and win-win co-existence of the place making stakeholders.
