基于地区经济发展对高校毕业生就业区域流向的分析——以广西为例

On Region Selection in the Employment of University Graduate from the Perspective of Regional Economic Development:A Case Study on Guangxi

广西经济发展水平相对于其他发达地区仍有一定差距,广西高校毕业生就业区域流向主要集中在南宁、柳州、桂林及广州、深圳、珠海、东莞等珠三角地区。地区间经济发展不平衡导致毕业生就业区域流向集中,产生明显的就业区域流向差异。广西高校毕业生就业流向过度集中导致就业生态失衡,产生“挤占效应”,形成人才高消费,并加剧地区发展的不平衡。建议政府方面要大力发展经济,创造就业机会;高校方面要加强对大学生的就业指导;个人方面要增强自身能力、提升综合素质,转变择业观念,正确制定职业生涯规划。

The level of economic development in Guangxi is still lower than that in other developed areas.Regarding with region selection in the employment of university graduate,university graduates in Guangxi mainly concentrate on Nanning,Liuzhou,Guilin and the Pearl River Delta areas such as Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Zhuhai and Dongguan and so on.The imbalance of regional economic development leads to the concentration of regional selection in the employment of university graduates,which leads to obvious the regional difference of region selection.The excessive concentration of region selection in the employment of university graduates in Guangxi might lead to the imbalance of employment ecology,resulting in the“crowding-out effect”,which might produce the high consumption of talents and the imbalance of regional development.It is suggested that the government should vigorously develop the economy and create employment opportunities;colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance for college students;graduates should improve their capacities and their comprehensive quality,change their career concept,and correctly formulate career planning.
