基于双创竞赛的石油类人才培养模式的探究

Research on the Training Mode of Petroleum Talents Based on Double Creation Competition

随着科技进步和发展,我国石油行业逐步走向全球,社会对石油类创新型人才需求越来越大。因此,我国石油高校应该突破传统教育理念,不断更新教学思路,努力探究符合时代发展需要的人才培养模式,以便更好地发展自我、与时代接轨。本文通过对开展创新创业竞赛实践的简述,主要分析了现行石油类专业人才培养模式的弊端,从而提出了双创竞赛下明确培养目标方向和强化专业特色化建设、强化师资队伍建设和创新教学方式方法以及石油类学生强化双创实践意识并提升实践能力的人才培养模式,以期为双创竞赛下的石油类人才培养模式提供研究参考。

With the advancement and development of science and technology,China’s petroleum industry has gradually moved toward the world,and the demand for petroleum-based innovative talents is growing.Therefore,China’s petroleum colleges should break through the traditional educational concept,constantly update the teaching ideas,and strive to explore the talent training model that meets the needs of the times,in order to better develop themselves and integrate with the times.Through the brief introduction of the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship competition,this paper mainly analyzes the shortcomings of the current petroleum professional training mode and puts forward the clear training target direction.And it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,innovate teaching methods and methods,and strengthen the practical consciousness and enhance the practical ability of petroleum students in order to provide research reference for the petroleum talent training mode under the competition.
