摘要
当前,自主创新能力已成为社会发展的第一动力,创新能力培养自然也应成为高职院校教育教学的必然要求。大一正处在学生进入高校的最初阶段,如何针对高职学生基础理论薄弱、自信心不足的特点,通过营造校园创新氛围、改革创新课程、优化校企合作模式、鼓励学生申报专利等方式,发挥高职学生善于动手操作的优势,着重培养学生的观察、思考和独立解决问题的能力,激发学生的创新意识,为今后创新素养的进一步提升打下坚实的基础,这对学生的全面成长和社会发展均具有深远意义。
At present,the ability of independent innovation has become the first driving force for social development.How to aim at the characteristics of weak basic theory and lack of self-confidence of higher vocational students,by creating a campus innovation atmosphere,reforming innovative courses,optimizing school-enterprise cooperation mode,and encouraging students to apply for patents,etc.Giving full play to the advantages of high-achieving students in hands-on operation,focusing on cultivating students’ability to observe,thinking and solving problems independently,and stimulating students’sense of innovation has laid a solid foundation for the further improvement of innovation literacy in the future,which will contribute to the overall growth and society of students.Development has far-reaching significance.
