摘要
本文选取服务类专业人际交往能力中的共情能力作为研究对象,通过随机抽取某校护理、社区、老年服务与管理等服务类专业高职生进行"共情能力"的问卷调查,分析当前服务类高职生共情能力的现状,并结合新媒体时代发展的实际,探索共情能力培养的途径。
This paper selects the empathy ability in the interpersonal communication ability of service majors as the research object,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the“sympathetic ability”of vocational college students through a random selection of nursing,community,aged service and management.It also analyzes the current situation of the empathy ability of service higher vocational students,and explores the ways to cultivate the empathy ability in combination with the reality of the development of the new media era.
