书院建设初期学生满意度及吸引力提升的路径研究——基于广东省部分高校的调查与思考

Research on the Ways to Improve Students’ Satisfaction and Attraction in the Early Stage of College Construction ——Investigation and Consideration Based on Some Higher Colleges in Guangdong Province

书院制越来越多地在高校中得到实践并受到广泛关注。本研究通过调研,发现由于书院制改革过程的逻辑必然、书院制理念与现实执行的鸿沟、书院投入与学生期望的割裂等原因,学生对书院满意度有待提升。为此,高校应探索本土化模式,形成精神内核,同时增强师生双向互动,完善制度建设,从书院整体、内涵建设、师资力量和服务质量等方面提升学生对书院的满意度。

The college system has been more and more practiced in higher colleges and is widely concerned.Through investigation,this study found that due to the logical necessity of the reform process of college system,the gap between college system concept and practical implementation,and the disconnection between college investment and students’expectations,students’satisfaction with college needs to be improved.Therefore,higher colleges should explore the localization mode to form the spiritual core,strengthen the two-way interaction between teachers and students,improve the system construction,and improve students’satisfaction with colleges from the aspects of the overall,connotation construction,faculty and service quality.
