基于六西格玛理论的现代成人高等教育质量保障体系研究

Research on Education Quality Assurance System of the Modern Adult Higher Education Based on Six Sigma Theory

新形势下的成人高等教育在办学过程中存在办学指导思想失衡、教学管理体制不健全、人才培养模式欠佳的问题,因此需要完善成人高等教育体系。本文在成人高等教育质量保障体系现状分析的基础上引入六西格玛理论的DMAIC模型,通过构成要素分析、界定测量及改进完善,构建新型的成人高等教育质量保障体系,以期进一步提升成人高等教育质量保障水平,促进和保障成人教育质量不断提高。

In the process of running a school,the adult higher education in the new situation has the problems of unbalanced school-running guiding ideology,imperfect teaching management system and poor talent training mode.In order to further improve the quality of adult higher education,it is necessary to improve the adult higher education system.Based on the research on the status of quality assurance system of adult higher education,the DMAIC model of Six Sigma theory was introduced and a new quality guarantee system of adult higher education was constructed through component analysis,definition measurement and improvement.The new system can help promote and guarantee the continuous improvement of the adult education quality.
