健康中国背景下高校体育产教融合实施路径研究

Research on the Implementation Path of Physical Education Integration in Colleges under the Background of Healthy China

新时期"健康中国"的背景下,市场对于体育专业人才的需求增加。然而体育行业相关人才仍旧呈现出需求旺盛与供给短缺不对等、服务质量与需求预期差距大、人才培养与市场需求衔接不畅通等现实问题。面对高职体育专业人才与大众体育产业融合发展这一目前高职体育专业教育中的突出问题,如何推进高职体育专业人才培养质量,创新人才培养模式,培养符合社会、市场需要的标准化、高质量健身人才就成了高职教育者和学界亟待解决的问题。因此,有效构建"校企共同体"模式,运用产教融合模式,提升高职院校体育人才的创新创业能力,对于培养新常态下职业教育相关专业人才在从业中的工作能力与创新能力而言就成了一条有效的实施路径。

Under the background of“Healthy China”in the new era,the demand for sports professionals in the market has increased.However,the related talents in sports industry still show that the demand is not equal to the supply shortage,the gap between the service quality and demand expectations is large,and the gap between talent training and market demand is not smooth.Facing the problem of the integration and development of higher vocational sports talents and popular sports industry,how to promote the training quality of higher vocational sports professionals and innovate the training mode of talents.Cultivating standardized and high-quality fitness talents that meet the needs of society and the market has become an urgent problem for higher vocational educators and academic circles.Therefore,we will effectively build a“school-enterprise community”model and use the mode of integration of production and education to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of sports personnel in higher vocational colleges.It has become an effective implementation path for cultivating professional talents in vocational education under the new normal.
