Constructing a New Mode of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education with the Second Class Report Card as the Leading Force

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议讲话中强调,要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人,要重视以文化人和以文育人,要开展形式多样、健康向上、格调高雅的校园文化活动和各类社会实践。一直以来,第二课堂作为第一课堂的延伸,已经成为高校育人体系中的重要环节,社会调查、志愿服务、科技发明、社团活动等第二课堂品牌项目已成为思想政治教育的重要载体。

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in his speech at the National Conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities that we should persist in taking moral education as the central link,carry out ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching,realize all-round education,attach importance to educating people with culture,and carry out campus cultural activities with diverse forms,healthy and elegant style and various social practices.For a long time,as the extension of the first classroom,the second classroom has become an important part of the university sports system.Social investigation,voluntary service,scientific and technological inventions,community activities and other brand projects of the second classroom have become an important carrier of ideological and political education.
