立德树人背景下多元主体参与的高校思想政治教育工作融合发展对策建议

Suggestions on the Development and Integration of Ideological and Political Education Work in Higher Colleges with Multi-subject Participation in the Background of Strengthening Moral Education and Cultivating People

立德树人是党领导下的中国特色社会主义高校的立身之本,只有充分发掘和综合利用思想政治教育资源,引导大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,帮助他们"系好人生的第一粒扣子",才能完成时代赋予高校的历史使命。立德树人不仅强调了思想道德素质在人的诸多素质中的核心地位,也指出了人才培养要素的全面性。本文以立德树人背景下高校思想政治教育工作融合发展为研究内容,提出了融合发展模式下围绕教学、德育、文化、考评等多方面开展思想政治教育工作的对策和建议。

The comprehensiveness of the elements of talent cultivation has emerged.Based on the research and development of ideological and political education in higher colleges,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for carrying out ideological and political education in the aspects of teaching,moral education,culture and evaluation.
