探析自媒体环境下高校辅导员管理工作的新视角

On the New Perspective of Higher College Counselors’ Management work under the Environment of “We-media”

自媒体是互联网普及发展的结果,在自媒体环境下,主流媒体的声音逐渐变弱。尽管高校辅导员利用自媒体开展管理工作,提高了工作效率,但由于学生可以利用自媒体独立获得媒体信息并作出判断,因而也给高校辅导员管理工作带来了一定困难。本文基于自媒体环境,重点阐述高校辅导员开展管理工作的新途径,以期帮助辅导员进一步提高学生管理质量。

“We-media”is the result of the popularization and development of the Internet.In the environment of“We-media”,the voice of mainstream media gradually weakens.Although college counselors use“We-media”to carry out management work and improve work efficiency,it is difficult for college counselors to manage work because students can independently obtain media information and make judgments through“We-media”.Based on the We-media environment,this paper focuses on the new ways for college counselors to carry out management work,in order to help counselors further improve the quality of student management.
