Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has attached great importance to the development of science and technology and has examined the urgency and necessity of technological development from the perspective of the country’s future,national destiny and Party strategy.Its basic contents include the concept of technological innovation,the concept of scientific and technological talents,and the concept of technological development.Nowadays,the scientific ideology of Chinese characteristics in the new era has added new blood to scientific and technological thoughts on the basis of summing up the predecessors’theory,making its scientific and technological thinking more in line with the practical significance of China’s scientific and technological development.
