摘要
在互联网时代,翻转课堂这种新型的教学方式由于其能够极大地提高学生的自主性和参与度的特点受到广泛关注。本文以翻转课堂为视角,研究高职《商务礼仪》的课堂教学,针对当前高职院校中《商务礼仪》课程教学方式传统、专业教师缺乏、课堂学生人数较多的教学现状,引入翻转课堂这种新型的教学方式对《商务礼仪》进行教学设计且付诸实施,并建立新的考核评估方案,最后对课堂实施情况进行了跟踪调查及反思总结。
In the Internet age,the new teaching method of flipped classrooms has received wide attention because of its ability to greatly enhance students’autonomy and participation.This paper studies the classroom teaching of“Business Etiquette”in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of flipped classrooms.In view of the current teaching style of“Business Etiquette”in vocational colleges,the lack of professional teachers and the large number of students in the classroom,this paper introduces the new teaching method of flipped classroom to design and implement the teaching of“Business Etiquette”,and establishes a new evaluation party.Finally,it conducts the follow-up investigation and reflection on the implementation of the classroom.
