摘要
"讲授+体验教学+生活应用"的心理健康教育模式注重提升心理健康知识水平,以体验感悟为实现途径,综合运用情感唤起、反思感悟、讨论分享、行为养成等方式帮助大学生"助人自助",应用心理知识解决生活中的心理难题。同时,通过体验学习凸显学生的主体地位,促成其心理转变,提高心理调适能力,达到心理健康教育"知""情""行"三方面目标。
Psychological health education mode-"lecturing+experiential teaching+practical application"-will facilitate mastery of knowledge in psychological health through ways of experience and understanding,and employ ways of arousing emotion,reflecting and understanding,discussing and sharing as well as developing good habits to help students themselves and others solve psychological problems in life by psychological knowledge.Meanwhile,students'dominant role should be highlighted through experiential teaching to promote transformation in psychology and psychological adjustment ability in order to achieve three aims such as"knowledge""emotion"and"behavior"in psychological health education.
