本文首先说明了高校体育传统教学模式中存在的不足问题,分析了混合式教学模式的优势,通过对两种教学模式的对比,重新构建了高校体育混合式教学体系,并探究了具体的实施过程。旨在借助网络技术,实现线上与线下教学的有机融合,全面提升高校体育教学的实效性。

Firstly,this paper illustrates the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode of physical education in higher colleges,analyses the advantages of the mixed teaching mode,reconstructs the mixed teaching system of physical education in higher colleges by comparing the two teaching modes,and explores the specific implementation process.The aim is to achieve the organic integration of online and offline teaching with the help of network technology,and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of college physical education teaching.
