摘要
为掌握铅炭电池工作特性,进行电池单体和电池组充放电实验,研究荷电状态(SOC)与端电压/内阻及充放电倍率的关系、电池组电压特性以及充放电倍率对电池组一致性和实际可用容量的影响。结果表明:受电池内部温度影响,在充电过程中,当SOC大于0. 75时,会出现短时的电压波动;当电池电压达到上限2. 35 V或下限1. 80 V时,不同SOC对应不同的充放电电流。电池成组应用时,随着充放电倍率增加,电池组实际可用容量减少。
In order to master the working characteristics of lead carbon battery,the experimental study on charge and discharge of battery cell and battery pack was carried out. The relationship between state of charge( SOC) and terminal voltage/internal resistance,the relationship between state of charge and charge-discharge rate,the voltage characteristic of battery pack,the charge-discharge rate on consistency and the actual useable capacity of battery pack were investigated. Influenced by internal temperature of the battery,short-term voltage fluctuation occurred when SOC was larger than 0. 75 in the charging process. When the battery voltage reached the upper limit of 2. 35 V or the lower limit of 1. 80 V,different SOC corresponded to different charging and discharging currents. When the battery was used in groups,the actual useable capacity of battery pack decreased with the increase of charge/discharge rate.
