摘要
对FL2100型聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的粒径、微观形态、相对分子质量、黏度、改性单体、熔点和剥离强度等理化性能与国外样品进行对比,并应用于额定容量为5.8Ah的32650型锂离子电池中,对电池性能进行综合评估。应用FL2100的动力电池极片的剥离强度达1.2N/20mm,达到了进口样品的水平;采用FL2100作为黏结剂的动力电池在倍率、高低温放电、存储和循环等方面的性能均达到了进口样品制成的电池水平。
Polyvinylidene fluoride( PVDF) FL2100 was compared with foreign products on particle size, microscopic morphology, relative molecular weight,rotational viscosity,modified monomer,melting point,peel strength and other performance. It was applied to 5. 8 Ah 32650 type Li-ion battery to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the battery. The peel strength of FL2100 on the power battery pole piece could reach 1. 2 N/20 mm,which reached the level of imported products. The electrical performance of the power battery using FL2100 as a binder had reached the level of batteries made by imported products in terms of rate, high and low temperature discharge, storage, and cycle performance.
