Objective: To analyze the relationship between the health resources and health production of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Countries(OECD), and study the impact of the influencing factors on the health production. Methods: Generalized Method of Moments(GMM) was applied by dynamic panel data of OECD countries from 1998 to 2016 to perform empirical research. Results: Government health expenditure and the number of doctors per thousand people had significant positive impact on health production. Private health expenditure had insignificant impact on health production. The direct effect of economic development on health was not significant. The impact of education level was significantly greater on health production than health input. Conclusion: The increase of health investment was not obvious to the improvement of health production. Economic growth could not directly affect the improvement of health production, only comprehensive utilization of education and health resources could significantly improve health production.
