摘要
针对河道多种业务场景空间信息采集与管理问题,该文提出了河道在线多场景采集标绘方法。基于空间关系自动检查技术,构建了鼠标在线采集、文件批量数据导入、移动设备轨迹数据采集等多场景采集方法,实现了河道多种业务场景采集的多源空间数据集成;研究了“自下而上”的自由标绘和“自上而下”的任务标绘两种采集工作模式,实现了采集信息在线检查、更新、审核等全流程管理。研究成果在水利相关部门的河道信息采集管理工作中得到了广泛应用,提高了采集效率、改进了管理流程,为河道的空间信息科学采集管理提供了技术支撑。
For the problem of the spatial information data collecting and management of the multiple business scenarios of the river,an online multi-scene plotting method of the river was put forward in this paper.Based on the spatial relation automatic checking technique,the multi-scene data collecting methods such as mouse online data collecting,file batch data importation,mobile device trajectory data collecting were constructed,integrating the multi-source spatial data from the multiple business scenarios of the river;the two data collecting modes,namely,the"bottom-up"free plotting and the"top-down"task plotting,were researched,realizing the whole management of on-line inspection,updating and auditing of the collected data.The research results had been widely applied in the field of data collecting and management of the river by the related departments of water conservancy,improving the data collecting efficiency,innovating the management process,which could provide the technical support for a more scientific spatial data collecting and management of the river.
