随着国家及地方的BIM政策出台和相关BIM标准的发布,部分省市也相继发布了BIM技术应用计价参考依据,以规范市场,促进BIM技术应用发展。设计是建设过程中的重要环节,BIM在设计阶段的工作量直接影响设计单位对BIM应用推广的积极性。通过计价对比和数据统计的方式对房建项目设计阶段BIM工作量进行分析研究。

With the introduction of national and local BIM policies and the release of relevant BIM standards, some provinces and municipalities have also issued BIM technology application pricing reference basis to regulate the market and promote the development of BIM technology applications. Design is an important part of the project construction process. The workload of BIM in the design stage will directly affect the enthusiasm of the design unit for BIM application promotion. This paper will analyze and study the BIM workload of the housing construction project design stage through price comparison and data statistics.
