某大型综合医院建设中,针对医院建筑功能、系统、管线复杂,需求变化频繁,运营维护要求高凳难点,应用BIM技术对工会才能进度、质量、安全及成本,对后期运营安全、能源、设备台账等进行管理,体现了BIM在项目全生命周期的应用价值。

During construction of a large general hospital, considering the difficulties of hospital building, such as complex function, system and pipeline, frequent change of requirement and high requirement for operation and maintenance, etc., BIM technique was adopted to manage the construction schedule, quality, safety an cost, later operation safety, energy source and equipment standing book, showing the value of BIM technique in the full life cycle of a project.
