摘要
西安交通大学科技创新港3标段机电安装工程中,针对机电管线密集,工期紧,体量大等施工难点,确定在项目全生命周期应用BIM技术,在主体预留阶段、管道施工阶段和商务管理阶段取得了良好效果。
The electromechanical installation project of No.3 bid segment Xi'an Jiaotong University Science and Technology Innovation Harbor has main construction difficulties, such as dense electromechanical pipelines, short construction period and huge construction workload, etc. It was determined to use BIM technique in the full life-cycle of the project, realizing favorable effect in main body reservation, pipeline construction and business management.
