摘要
目前,我国临空经济区已形成以一线大城市的国际枢纽柳场为龙头带动,以省会或重点城市的区域枢纽机场为骨干,其他城市坚持特色发展为补充的基本格局,并呈现出系列新趋势。同时,我国临空经济区发展面临的问题主要表现在规划定位不够明确、产业结构不合理、仓U新资源配置不足和配套环境构建待改善等方面。因此,从战略定位、产业定位、空间布局以及组织实施4个方面对我国临空经济区的发展对策问题进行研究,为我国临空经济区的未来发展提出策略建议。
For the time being, domestic airport economic zones have formed a basic development pattern where the international hub airports in first-tier cities play a leading role, regional hub aiqports in provincial capital cities or important cities play a backbone role, and other cities insisting on featured development play a supplementary role. In addition, they have shown a series of new development trends. However, domestic airport economic zones also face some key problems, such as unclear planning and positioning, unreasonable industrial structure, insufficient innovative resource allocation and underdeveloped construction of supporting facilities, etc. Therefore, this paper made a study about the countermeasures for domestic airport economic zone development on four aspects, such as strategic positioning, industrial positioning, spatial arrangement, as well as organization and implementation, etc., making policy proposal for the future development of domestic airport zones.
