政府主导下的城市空间结构变迁解析——基于扬州的实证研究

AN ANALYSIS OF GOVERNMENT-LED TRANSFORMATION OF URBAN SPATIAL STRUCTURE: BASED ON AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF YANGZHOU

基于地方政府充分利用城市土地资源促进增长这一前提,借助相关案例研究中政府采取的空间发展策略,阐述这些行为对城市空间产生的效应,认为地方政府主导下的城市空间发展导致城市空间结构一系列问题的产生,并由此诱发城市的低效扩张,对城市未来经济社会的可持续发展带来巨大压力。

Based on a premise that the local government makes full use of land resources to promote growth,the article studies its spatial development strategy and explains the effect of these strategies on the urban space development.It is concluded that the local government-led development of urban space has led to a series of urban spatial structure problems,inducing inefficient urban expansion and undermining city's sustainable economic and social development.
